Description
I spent many of my younger years duck hunting in Sparkleberry Swamp near Packs Landing and Rimini, SC. There was nothing more beautiful that a sunrise in the swamp with color bouncing off of icicles and water, a veiled mist rising up through the trees, and that tell-tell whistling of duck wings up above. I love the beauty and color of the wood duck. That's why I chose them to be in this painting of those days of my youth. The original paint is for sale, please contact me if you are interested.
