PORTLAND, OREGON - May 25, 2015: Chinese Dragon Boats docked at Willamette River in Downtown Portland Oregon at Sunset. These Dragon Boats are used for the Portland Rose Festival Dragon Boat Race. It has been a Chinese tradition in Portland for 26 years.
